Kevin Kline, Award Winning Singer-Songwriter and Musician.
In the fall of 1999, Kevin began his solo career and released his first independent album of all original material.  His first solo performance promoting this album was in November of 1999 in New York City, at the Bitter End.  At a regional level, his album became a minor success, but most importantly he began receiving several awards for his songwriting.  His two singles "Let it Rain", written by Kline and "Waltz with an Angel," co-written by Kline and Michael Lee Hunt, received numerous awards, airplay on both radio and television and Kevin was nominated for a WAMMY Award for being Washington D.C.'s Best New Artist of 2000.

With the formation of the Kevin Kline Band, they put together a brilliant show and performance all surrounded and consumed by the writing, singing and piano playing of Kline.

The tour went on to include regional and national venues such as the Bitter End and the Lion's Den in New York city, the Trump Taj-Mahal, Trump Marina and the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, Philadelphia's own Grape Street Pub and Nashville's infamous songwriting venue, The Blue Bird Cafe, as well as being featured in showcases for BMI and the Nashville Songwriters Association.  Kevin opened for such acts as Ben Fold Five, Kool & the Gang and the band Chicago on their 35th anniversary tour. In April of 2001, Kevin returned home and recorded his second album "Live from West Street" at the Rams Head OnStage in Annapolis, MD.

His music and songwriting has given Kevin the opportunity to work with some of the industry's biggest names and has given Kevin the opportunity to perform his music not only at a regional level but internationally through a growing fan base throughout Germany.

Kevin's music has been a small but constant presence on radio and television throughout his career, including credits for writing on radio & TV commercials, television theme songs and having his music featured on the Late Show with David Letterman in October of 2001. Kevin is a voting member of NARAS (The Grammy's), WAMA, Nashville Songwriters Association, BMI and many other music industry organizations.

In February of 2008, Kevin was the first winner of CBS's production of Big Shot Live's online singing category.  He signed on as an Artist with their subsidiary management company and has begun meeting and working on taking his career as a Singer/Songwriter to the next level.  You can currently watch Kevin's road to success online at BigShotLive.com or keep coming back to KevinKlineOnline.com for more information!
